Merlin’s Lute
For this project, I was tasked with designing a distinct prop for a character from The Legend of King Arthur. I chose to focus on Merlin! To avoid the common depiction of his staff, I conducted research and discovered more about Merlin's backstory before he became a wizard. It is mentioned in legends that Merlin was a bard before acquiring his abilities, so I envisioned a mystical lute that he could have used to harness and channel his magical powers.
