Alien Wild West Character Design
I was challenged to create a wild west character with a sub-genre incorporated into the design. I created an alien aquatic gunslinger inspired by plants and animals from under the sea. The character himself is inspired by sea turtles, his cape is made of kelp, and his spur is a sea urchin! I used mainly earth tones like green and brown in the clothing to bring the otherwise opulent coat and accessories back down to earth for a gruff gunslinger character.
